March 2019 Spending and Saving

I met and exceeded my goal to save $1,500 in March! The only expenses I had were medical bills. Lots and lots of copays. I also had surgery last month, so I've been practicing funemployment for the past three weeks. It's been....interesting. I'm definitely bored, even though I have all the time in the world to watch movies, read books, and study Japanese. I guess now I know that I don't want to just be fully employed. A future of part-time work to cover the bills would be better...

March 2019 Ending Funds
Checking: $279.08 [+29.08]
Savings: $2,264.32 [+2,074.27]
Emergency Fund: $1,050.60 [+1.63]
Cash: $255.93 [-25.00]
Gift Cards: $389.97 [+180.00]
401(K): $2,508.69 [+269.86]

My goal for the month is to continue to save. My income is going to be a bit less due to getting disability instead of a regular paycheck and no 401(K) contributions. But I go back to work in about three weeks, so everything should get back to normal.
